Depending on your location, it varies from 3-7 working days from the date of placing an order.
What are payment options available?
You can make online payments using India’s one of the secured payment Gateway – RazorPay that is integrated to our website; and it provides many options to make payments such as UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and others as part of RazorPay method.
I forgot my password, how do i login?
Please click on the “Forgot Password?” link from the login screen and enter your username/email id and click on Reset Link, the automated system will send you an email with link to reset your password, for any further assistance, please contact us.
Is premium gift box always available?
This is an exclusive gift box, that comes with a special handcrafted wooden box and your choice of quantity, it is mostly available on pre-order basis, but please contact us to enquire before placing this order.
What if I have a special request for my order?
Please enter your request details in the Order Notes section of the checkout process and we will try our best to cater your message.
Do I need to create an account or sign up before placing an order?
Creating an account is not mandatory, you can place order as guest as well. However, it is recommended that you create an account that also help you in keeping.

Can I place an order to be sent as a gift?
Absolutely yes, you can place an order and send it as a gift. To use this feature, in the Shipping Info section during checkout process, choose “Ship to a different address?” checkbox and enter the destination address. We on behalf of you would deliver it to the desired address.
What are your support working hours?
Our usual working hours are from 09:00 hours to 18:00 hours on the weekdays (Monday to Saturday) and unavailable for support on Sunday and public holidays.
What if I place an order on a weekend or a public holiday?
Our website accept orders 24*7 and we have an automated ordering system that notifies us whenever you place an order, irrespective of your day/time. If you come across any issues, please use the whatsapp chat icon on our website for faster reach. We will be glad and try our best to assist you as early as possible.
